With Fall now here a whole new set of events are about to hit the Winchester area. First we have Pancake Day on November 1st at the Mt. Carmel Family Life Center on 1317 S. Pleasant Valley Road from 7am-7pm. Advanced tickets are $5 and tickets at the door are $6. Then we have Chili Cook Off/ Bluegrass FestivalNov. 9 - 1-4 p.m. at Rappahannock County High School, Washington. Featuring Dark Hollow Band and Hollowbound. $12; $10, advance; $5, students. And finally the Christmas Fair Dec. 6 -7 at Millwood Community Center. Saturday: 9 am to 4 pm; Sunday: 10 am to 4 p.m. Pottery, art work, holiday ornamens, jewelry, candles, soaps, baked goods. Food available. Sponsor: Millwood Community Association, Inc., Good Will Association.
